How to launch EDUPYTER ?
Go the the EDUPYTER folder and double-click on "edupyter.exe". A green icon will appear in the system tray (next to the clock). Left or right click on that icon and click on "Open".

How to close EDUPYTER ?
Left or right click on the green icon and click on "Close".

How do I uninstall EDUPYTER ?
As everything stays in a single fodler, you just have to delete the EDUPYTER folder. Easy!
